How it works
The coupling with the operator side takes place via a Bowden cable. Products with remote actuation have been developed for situations where inaccessible installation spaces make indexing difficult or where particularly safe or ergonomic operation from a distance is required. To ensure an exact fit in the application concerned, the Bowden cable can be shortened as required when installing.

Applications
Products with Bowden cable connection are used in e.g. machine and appliance construction for opening and closing hatches and covers. The products are also used in pivoting or rotating devices as well as in stop positioning in e.g. special vehicle constructions.
